Returns / Exchanges

• Return window: Request a return/exchange within 7 days of delivery.
• Eligibility: Item must be unused, in original packaging, with accessories/invoice (if applicable).
• Non-returnable: Items marked final sale/clearance, and customized items (where applicable).
• Damaged/Wrong item: Report within 48 hours of delivery with photos/unboxing video. We’ll arrange replacement or refund and cover return shipping.
• Change of mind: Customer covers return shipping; original shipping charges are non-refundable.
